soft-chenille-furnishing-ash-poly-grey-fire-retardant-fabric
Soft Chenille Furnishing - Ash

Soft, sumptuous and wonderfully inviting, this premium chenille upholstery fabric has a beautifully velvety surface that makes you want to run your hand across it. The colour is a sophisticated dark grey, with deep charcoal tones and subtle lighter flecks running through the weave, giving it a rich, slightly mottled appearance. Made from 100% polyester, this heavyweight furnishing fabric has a dense, cosy texture with a gentle sheen that catches the light beautifully. At 560gsm, it feels substantial and luxurious, with a soft, tactile finish that brings warmth and character to any interior.

Quality upholstery fabric like this is made to be enjoyed, not just admired. With an impressive 39,000 Martindale rub count, it offers excellent durability for sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, footstools and upholstered headboards, while its soft chenille surface makes it particularly appealing for comfortable seating and scatter cushions. It is also fire retardant, adding a practical consideration for furnishing projects. Being premium deadstock fabric, availability is limited, making this a fantastic opportunity to get your hands on a beautiful upholstery cloth. Perfect for contemporary interiors, cosy living rooms and elegant furniture makeovers, this is one of those fabrics that can make an old chair feel rather special again.

Martindale abrasion rating - 39,000 rubs

Approx width:

146cm | 57"

Composition:

100% Polyester

Construction:

Woven

Washing instructions:

Professional upholstery cleaning recommended

What can I make with this:

Sofas, Armchairs, Dining Chair Upholstery, Cushions, Headboards, Footstools, Curtains and Soft Furnishings

Approx.
