Description
Soft pistachio green and an easy, fluid drape make this a particularly lovely cloth for relaxed dressmaking. Made from modal and recycled polyester, it has a softly finished surface with a gentle, almost peachy texture that takes away any harsh shine and gives the colour a beautifully muted appearance. At approximately 127gsm, it is lightweight and supple, falling into soft folds without feeling thin or insubstantial.
The subtle texture gives the fabric even more movement, making it especially good for dresses, blouses, flowing skirts, wide-leg trousers, jumpsuits and softly gathered styles. It would be gorgeous wherever a pattern calls for plenty of drape, particularly fuller sleeves, tiers, gathers and relaxed silhouettes. The pistachio is soft rather than sugary, too: an understated green that's incredibly easy on the eye.
