Pebble Quilt - Red

Spotting a friend across a rainy car park is easy when she's wearing this. It's a clear, saturated scarlet with no orange or pink to it, the true red of a pillar box, and the soft sheen on the surface makes it glow rather than glare. The quilting is worked across the whole width in rows of small rounded scallops that interlock like fish scales. The stitching is matched to the cloth, so each padded shape shows up through light and shadow rather than contrast. At 200gsm and 145cm wide it feels plump and substantial in the hand, with a springy body that holds its own shape instead of draping.

It's water repellent, so showers sit on the surface in droplets and roll off rather than soaking straight in. As with any quilt, the stitching runs right through the layers, so it won't keep out a proper downpour. Keep it for wet commutes, wintry dog walks and the dash from car to café. Red is a confident choice for outerwear, and it pays you back on dark afternoons, cheering up navy, charcoal, denim and every grey jumper you own. It also makes a festive gilet without trying too hard.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2nd Class Delivery: This is our standard Royal Mail service. Delivery is typically estimated at 2–3 working days from dispatch, although times can vary.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1st Class Delivery: A faster Royal Mail option, typically estimated at 1–2 working days from dispatch. Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Courier Delivery: We offer a courier service via Parcelforce for customers requiring a faster delivery option. We aim to dispatch eligible orders placed before 1pm on the same working day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Courier delivery is generally expected on the next working day following dispatch. Orders placed on Friday may not be collected until the following Monday. This service is tracked.

We process orders Monday to Friday, so weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 28 days of receiving your order.
