Description
Nautical charm with a rather distinguished designer twist! This wonderfully unusual 100% cotton seersucker features a deep navy background scattered with miniature maritime signal flags in shades of blue and white, alongside a certain pair of initials that might just ring a bell 😉 The gently puckered seersucker weave gives the fabric its lovely textured surface, making it light, breathable and wonderfully comfortable to wear.
Originally produced for a well-known designer label, this is no ordinary shirting. The combination of tiny nautical motifs, subtle lettering and traditional seersucker texture gives it a distinctly preppy, country-club-meets-the-coast feel. Perfect for beautifully made shirts, relaxed summer blouses, shirt dresses, lightweight pyjamas and children's clothing. At 135cm wide, there's plenty of scope for something a little different.

Care & washing
Allow 2-10% shrinkage to be on the safe side. Wash the fabric before making up, in the same way you'll wash the finished make, drying methods included, so it settles once rather than after it's sewn.
