Silk Panel - Genevieve

This is something rather special. An exceptionally fine 100% silk Italian ex designer fabric, sold as an individual 141cm x 93cm panel, with a wonderfully soft, fluid handle and the unmistakable lightness of beautiful quality silk. The vivid royal blue ground is filled with an elaborate paisley inspired botanical design in jewel like greens, reds, turquoise and gold, framed by a magnificent decorative border. At approximately 54gsm, it is featherlight and supple, with the colour, detail and finish you would expect from a very expensive designer cloth.

And the panel size is no disadvantage here. It is almost asking to become a fabulous oversized silk scarf or luxurious wrap, making full use of that spectacular border. But there is plenty more you could do with it. Think the statement front of a simple shell top with a plain silk back, a dramatic blouse panel, kimono style sleeves, a camisole, neckties, hair scarves or beautifully extravagant accessories. Two or more panels open up even more possibilities for blouses and simple tops while allowing you to play with the placement of the border. This is one for considered cutting rather than hiding the print in lots of seams; let the silk and that extraordinary design do the work.

• Please allow 2-10% shrinkage on fabrics to be on the safe side. Wash before making up in the same manner as you would with subsequent washes (including drying methods)

Delivery

Processing Your Order: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your order is handled with care and sent out promptly.

UK Delivery:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2nd Class Delivery: This is our standard Royal Mail service. Delivery is typically estimated at 2–3 working days from dispatch, although times can vary.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1st Class Delivery: A faster Royal Mail option, typically estimated at 1–2 working days from dispatch. Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Courier Delivery: We offer a courier service via Parcelforce for customers requiring a faster delivery option. We aim to dispatch eligible orders placed before 1pm on the same working day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Courier delivery is generally expected on the next working day following dispatch. Orders placed on Friday may not be collected until the following Monday. This service is tracked.

We process orders Monday to Friday, so weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely happy, you can return items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please note that fabrics are cut to order, so a restocking fee may apply. Some items are non-returnable except where faulty or not as described.
