Description
Unbelievably soft doesn't even begin to cover it. This gorgeous double-sided brushed flannel coating is made from a polyester and wool blend, with a beautifully soft, velvety surface that you genuinely want to rub your face against. We're not joking! One side is a lovely soft grey, while the reverse is pale cream, giving you two beautiful colours in one fabric. At 350gsm, it's a substantial coating with a wonderfully supple handle, rather than anything stiff or bulky.
The two-sided finish makes this particularly lovely for coats, relaxed jackets, coatigans, capes and oversized scarves, where you can show off both colours on collars, cuffs and turn-backs. The brushed surface feels exceptionally cosy, and the fabric falls into lovely soft folds. If you're after a coating that feels every bit as good as it looks, you've found it. Seriously, you need to feel this one!

Care & washing
Allow 2-10% shrinkage to be on the safe side. Wash the fabric before making up, in the same way you'll wash the finished make, drying methods included, so it settles once rather than after it's sewn.
