Milano Cord - Yellow

A cheerful take on classic corduroy, this yellow colourway has a warm golden-mustard quality rather than anything sharp or fluorescent. The colour works beautifully with the velvety surface of the 10 wale cord, becoming deeper between the ribs and lighter across the top of the pile. Made in Italy for an ex-designer collection, it is a cloth with plenty of character before you've even decided what to make.

At 366gsm, this is a substantial 97% cotton corduroy with the body needed for trousers, jackets, skirts, pinafores and dungarees. The 3% elastane adds less than 5% stretch across the weft, making it a little more forgiving to wear while retaining a stable warp. We think this would make a cracking pair of statement trousers – or a jacket if you're prepared to give yellow the attention it deserves.

• Please allow 2-10% shrinkage on fabrics to be on the safe side. Wash before making up in the same manner as you would with subsequent washes (including drying methods)

UK Delivery:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2nd Class Delivery: This is our standard Royal Mail service. Delivery is typically estimated at 2–3 working days from dispatch, although times can vary.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1st Class Delivery: A faster Royal Mail option, typically estimated at 1–2 working days from dispatch. Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service.
Courier Delivery: We offer a courier service via Parcelforce for customers requiring a faster delivery option. We aim to dispatch eligible orders placed before 1pm on the same working day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Courier delivery is generally expected on the next working day following dispatch. Orders placed on Friday may not be collected until the following Monday. This service is tracked.

We process orders Monday to Friday, so weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.
